The Ordering Process

  1. Choose a sculpture style that fits your event.
  2. We will need the following information:

    Date of event
    Location of event
    Start time
    Sculpture Style
    Name, address and phone number

  3. We will send you an invoice/contract.
  4. Approve your invoice/contract, and put 1/2 down to secure your event date. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
  5. It is that easy! We will take care of the rest.
 

FAQ

How far ahead of time should I order?
We ask that orders be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. You may order a year in advance to guarantee a good price. Often we book a delivery time that may not be available for any additional orders. In general, the earlier, the better, thanks!! 

What if my event is outside?  Will the sculpture last?
 We can not give a guarantee due to unpredictable weather conditions during our hot and humid summers.  We will, however, make every possible effort to ensure that your sculpture lasts as long as it can. 

Can you put multiple colors in an ice sculpture?
We can "tint" the display tray light to reflect almost any color or colors on the color wheel. 

How much do sculptures cost?
A sculpture sculpted from a 300-pound block of crystal clear ice that is 40"X20"X10" cost approximately $800 plus tax. There is an additional charge for display tray with light as well as delivery and set up. Please call 816-547-5835 for custom design pricing.

Where do you deliver?
We service the Metropolitan Kansas City, Mo area and its surroundings.

Is my ice sculpture deposit refundable?
Deposits are non refundable if the event completely cancels. However if the event date changes and we have that date available you can book the new date and put your deposit towards that date. 

Do you deliver if there is inclement weather?
We will make every effort to deliver in the snow and during thunderstorms but as we all know living in the Midwest there are times when ice storms and thunderstorms/tornados are present. We will not jeopardize the safety or our team.
